Imperative 06: Let's 'drag' the world's employee masses towards climate change action!

Employees and managers worldwide as large entrepreneurial groups should be our best bet for ending global warming.  Why?
First, the problem is global and cannot be solved by mere politicians, NGOs and even world funds which are by nature too few in number and in asset capabilities.
Second, employee masses (managers are also employees) are the real power in all economies worldwide.  Governments are such masses' mere dependents, for all State activities are funded by taxes largely paid by middle class masses (employees) and the businesses they work for.
Third, said masses form the profit-making sectors of corporations and thus have great influence in deciding how to use their companies' borrowed and invested assets, savings and goodwill.
Fourth, employee masses can vote their champions into government, and even potentially form large 'internet referendum' Congresses for direct democratic rule once they persuade bottom masses to follow their lead.  As government, the masses may then channel State funds and assets towards full climate change and anti-poverty action.
Fifth, employee masses all wish to earn high sideline incomes without leaving their jobs.  They may do it by setting up large mega co-op corporate groups the same way elites build billion-dollar conglomerates.
Sixth, employee masses play the major roles in building, operating and expanding elites' corporate groups, hence they can do exactly the same for themselves, in the process creating jobs for bottom masses.
Seventh, if the world's employees all focus on building clean and green mega co-op corporate groups such as described in this blog, our planet's 700+ billion-ton atmospheric CO2 blanket will be reduced to ideal levels.  Furthermore, current industries' 40+ million-ton yearly CO2 additions to the atmosphere will be greatly reduced.  The combined reductions should bring CO2 levels back to healthy and safe rates typical of pre-industrial times.
What institutions should be our major targets towards funding of climate change action as herein visualized?  Currently, State bureaucracies and the world's corporations have already established climate change funds worth over a hundred billion dollars.  As mega coop Movement, we should target re-channeling of such funds towards establishment of clean and green mega co-op corporate groups in tropical 3rd world countries where agro-forestry, agribusinesses and clean industries will create positive climate change effects.
How may we persuade skeptical governments and corporations to join our Movement?  Presently, capital and loans for climate change projects are still very limited because majority of politicians and business leaders worldwide either ignore or refuse to believe that climate change is serious.  We have to find out why, and come up with contrary truths to transform them and all other skeptics into believers in climate change action.  Next post will show how.

Imperative 47: I-Congress laws for State/Business synergy and Judicial efficiency

The Philippines' current $4,000 or so per citizen gross domestic yearly production  is far short of 1st World equivalents at $10,000-up.  Two major causes apart from the past factors discussed in previous posts help explain such stumbling block against mass progress.  One is the near-total separation of State and private sector economic activities.  Another is Justice System inefficiency and corruption.  To address the said issues, two additional I-Congress laws have to be passed and implemented:      1.0  Century Business Planning Law: Trillions of pesos in State tax proceeds as well as billions of dollars in foreign exchange receipts and loans are currently managed by State thru yearly budgeting by Congress, the Executive branch and local governments. From Philippine independence year 1946 to present, the leaderships of such State components have been dominated by lawyers.  As everyone knows, lawyers' training and nature of work focus on regulation of business and citiz

Imperative 46: I-Congress laws versus high inflation, State profligacy and nationwide over-borrowing

To further help in ending mass poverty, laws that enforce pro-people monetary management by State need to be passed and promulgated by the Philippine I-Congress as follows:     1.0  State Spending Limit Law:   Yearly State budget increases must not exceed 5 years' average inflation-adjusted gross domestic production rate increases. Such provision will prevent old-style politicians' excessive expansions of money and credits ostensibly for development but are instead used for unproductive vote-attracting projects with 40-50% arrangers' commission 'on the side'.  Economic logic and history consistently point out that unproductive State expenditures lead to unbridled price increases of goods and services (which hurt the masses most), but such history just keeps on repeating itself in the Philippines.  Hence our State Spending Limit Law together with other related laws should address the following targets:      1.1  End Philippine politicians' tendency to alloc
